Ridiculous Gas Prices ..

Damn these Gas prices ...

I remember it being $1.10 when i first got here and now its upto $2.50 and climbing ... As of now , im not waiting for the price to go down, but rather , stop going up ...

Came across this site when I was in San Antonio ... my friend uses it to find where gas is cheapest near his place !!! Pretty cool idea for a website huh ???

now that was a bloody long season ... and this is how the playoffs are gonna be

Western Conf.

(1) San Antonio Spurs Vs. (8) Sacramento Kings

This is gonna be interesting ... cant wait to see the matchup between Manu Ginobli and Ron Artest ... The Kings are way better than an 8th seed , their record would have been better if they had gotten Artest earlier ... Gonna give the Spurs a run for their money , but Duncan will be the difference ...

Result - Spurs win 4-1

(2) Phoenix Suns Vs. (7) LA Lakers

Kobe Kobe Kobe ... Shooting the ball from anywhere on the floor ... with the sun's "tough defence" ( he he he) , Kobe is gonna average more than 50 a game ... but the series is gonna depend on Kobe's supporting cast - Lamar Odom and Kwame Brown mainly ... lets hope they do well ... cant wait for Kobe to start winning again ...

Result - Suns win 4-1

(3) Denver Nuggets Vs. (6) LA Clippers

Heres the funny one .. the 6th seed has the home court advantage ... i thought teams battle for a higher seed jus to get that home court adv !!! Cant stand both teams ... I hate Sam Cassell and totally DETEST Carmello ... he has no class compared to Lebron or Dwyane ...

Result - Nuggets win 4-2

(4) Dallas Maverics Vs. (5) Memphis Grizzlies

This is totally wrong for both these teams ... The NBA's boneheaded rule pushed these team's seeds down ... based on records , the Mavs are the 2 seed and the grizzlies the 4 seed ... and now the winner of this series gets a possible 2nd round matchup against the Spurs !

Result - Mavs win 4-3

Eastern Conf.

(1) Detroit Pistons Vs. (8) Milwaukee Bucks

The Pistons clearly are the best team in the NBA right now ... no competition at all

Result - Pistons win 4-0

(2) Miami Heat Vs. (7) Chicago Bulls

The Bulls have a strong backcourt but no inside presence to guard Shaq ... and D.Wade(Bill Walton has a crush on him ! ha ha) is gonna have another strong showing ... I would love to see a fight between Nocioni and Walker ...

Result - Heat win 4-1

(3) New Jersey Nets Vs. (6) Indiana Pacers

The Pacers havent been the same team they were ever since the brawl and Artest's whinings ... If Jermaine O'Neal is healthy and can get a long with Peja, this could be the only first round "Upset" !! that said, the Nets still have J.Kidd, Vinsanity and Richard Jefferson ...

Result - Nets win 4-2

(4) Cleveland Cavaliers Vs. (5) Washington Wizards

Gilbert Arenas should stop running his mouth ... King James(MVP) is gonna single handedly win the series for the Cavs ...

Result - Cavs win 4-3

All this said .. the finals is gonna be a repeat of last year Detroit against San Antone ... too close to call that one , but being in San Antonio at the moment .. I'll go with the Spurs :)

Five for Fighting - 100 years

Well .. I passed 15 quite sometime back and 22 feels like yesterday(i only wish it was) ... alrite 33, here i come !!!

Ooh .. What an ass ???

ha ha ... this incident happened sometime back , one of those unforgettable things ... keep remembering it and laughing over it whenever we all meet up ...

So heres the setting - 4 drunk boys got bored and decided to rent a movie ...

being drunk n horny, all we could think of was Sharon Stone and Basic Instinct !
but Blockbuster didnt have a copy, so we got the next best thing - Sharon Stone in the Specialist !

So here we are , watching this movie , drinking chatting joking around ( 3 of us had already seen this movie and were basically waiting for the shower scene in the end ... the only guy who hadnt seen the movie was our hero from Ranipet )

and then it starts ... the room goes quiet ... all of us have our eyes glued on the TV ... noone's moving or talking ... and then we heard it ...

"Macha !! Check out that ass da ... He's got Muscles even on his butt !!!" - The hero from Ranipet .

The Y Factor !

It actually means something !!! I've been calling myself "the Y factor" for quite sometime now ... jus thought it made me sound cool ( well if u really wanna know why i came up with that name - was a big fan of the WWF when i was a kid, and wanted to grow up to be a Wrestling Superstar ) ... my name starts with a "Y" , so i thought of something catchy .. and tadaaa "THE Y FACTOR" ...

coming back to the present ... like all other jobless ppl (i dont know any but im guessing they would do the same), i decided to google it ... and look what comes up !!! Some jewish teaching called the y factor that brings happiness to ppl !!!

They are aways good ...

especially if ur the one conversing ...

and ur pissed drunk out of ur senses ...

They are even better if the other person is as drunk ...

and even more "Intelligent" when its about God and Religion ....

although , not so good for the only sober person in the room listening in on the conversation !!! (my roommate)

go to bed that nite feeling good about the conversation and knowing that ur the most intelligent person there ...

wake up next morning , bad hangover , head's spinning like a bitch , roomie tells u bout it , dont recall anything ,.. realise it wasnt much of a conversation and wasnt too Intelligent !!!

feel stupid , get back to sleep !!!
